This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for July 03, 2009:
Just read Yes or No, so the answer would be like if I were a judge, I would make my decision based on fact, then, listen to my heart, and ask for history and environment, would where be a better decision.
Though it is nearly zero possibility to be a judge in legal system, we judge things everyday, everywhere. That's y its a good Q.
